The BLSP CO Series is available in 120 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm diameters, providing different gripping areas for industrial vacuum handling applications.
The three available diameters allow the BLSP CO Series to cover different gripping areas and workpiece sizes while maintaining the same basic product concept across the range.
NBR vs. Silicone for the BLSP CO Series
The BLSP CO Series is available in both NBR (nitrile rubber) and silicone, allowing the suction cup material to be selected according to the operating environment and workpiece requirements.
BLSP CO in NBR
NBR is commonly selected for industrial vacuum handling applications where durability and resistance to oils and greases are important considerations.
For BLSP CO applications involving general industrial handling, machinery or workpieces that may be exposed to lubricants or oily environments, NBR can provide a practical material option.
BLSP CO in Silicone
Silicone offers greater flexibility and is commonly considered for applications involving elevated temperatures, temperature variation or workpieces where a softer and more flexible contact material is preferred.
The suitability of silicone depends on the actual operating temperature, workpiece surface and process requirements.

BBSC CO 1.5-Fold Bellows Suction Cup
The BBSC CO 1.5-fold bellows suction cup provides greater flexibility than a flat suction cup and can compensate for minor height differences or surface variations during handling.
Its bellows design allows the suction cup to adapt more easily to workpieces where a rigid flat-cup geometry may not provide the required compensation. Depending on the specific configuration, the BBSC CO Series can be considered for applications involving materials such as sheet metal, wood panels and other industrial workpieces.

150 CO 3.5-Fold Bellows Suction Cup
For applications requiring greater vertical compensation, EUROTECH also offers a 150 mm CO bellows suction cup with 3.5 folds.
The increased number of folds provides additional movement compared with flat or lower-fold suction cup designs. The 150 CO 3.5-fold version features a short sealing lip, internal support strips, a vulcanized steel ring and an aluminium base plate.
This design can be considered when the handling process requires additional compensation between the vacuum system and the workpiece.
