Modular Suction Cups with Replaceable Connection Nipples
These modular suction cups offer replaceable cup and connection nipple options for different installation requirements. Compatible components can be selected to suit the required suction cup configuration and equipment connection.
Separating the elastomer component from the connection hardware also allows maintenance teams to identify which part requires replacement, instead of automatically ordering a complete assembly.
Practical benefit: Select compatible cup and connection components for the installation, and replace worn parts while retaining serviceable hardware.
250 mm Grey NBR Bellows Suction Cup with Custom Mounting Options
This 250 mm grey NBR suction cup uses a replaceable elastomer component. Its associated aluminium base plate can be machined with customer-specific mounting holes or fixing patterns to suit the installation.
- Nominal size: 250 mm.
- Seal material: Grey NBR.
- Construction: Replaceable bellows suction cup.
- Mounting options: Custom machining of the aluminium base plate, subject to drawing and application review.
Provide the required hole positions, thread specifications and mounting drawing when requesting a customised base plate.
Oval Suction Cups with Replaceable Elastomer Components
The oval suction cups shown use a replaceable design. When the elastomer component becomes worn or damaged, it can be replaced separately while a compatible, serviceable aluminium base plate remains in use.
Different oval profiles provide options for applications where the available contact area or installation space calls for an elongated suction cup.
Retaining usable metal components can reduce the material discarded during maintenance and support resource-efficiency objectives.
Practical benefit: Replace the worn contact component and keep the serviceable base plate in use.
R-Series Flat Suction Cups in Sizes up to 400 mm
EUROTECH’s R-series flat suction cup range includes sizes up to 400 mm for applications such as sheet metal handling. The replaceable elastomer component allows the contact part to be renewed while retaining a suitable, serviceable base plate.
Select the cup size and seal configuration according to the workpiece surface, available contact area and handling requirements.
Diameter alone does not determine the permissible load. Effective suction area, operating vacuum, handling direction and the required safety factor must also be considered.
