Large vacuum suction plates are designed for handling heavy steel, aluminum, and other large-format sheet materials in industrial lifting and material handling applications.
The EUROTECH BLSP-XL series features large suction areas, reinforced sealing lips, and replaceable seals for heavy-duty vacuum handling systems. Different plate diameters, vacuum connections, and suspension configurations are available according to the workpiece and lifting requirements.
BLSP-XL Vacuum Suction Plates
The BLSP-XL series consists of large flat vacuum suction plates designed for heavy-duty lifting applications. Available in diameters from approximately 200 mm to 920 mm, the series features a long sealing lip, reinforced construction, and replaceable NBR seals.
Vacuum connections and suspension points can be configured according to the handling system and application requirements. The replaceable seal design also allows worn sealing elements to be exchanged without replacing the complete suction plate.
Applications of Large Vacuum Suction Plates
BLSP-XL vacuum suction plates are designed for large and heavy workpieces where a larger suction area and higher holding force are required. Typical applications include:

Replaceable Seal Design
