O que é um elevador de vácuo?
A vacuum lifter is an industrial handling device that uses vacuum suction cups or suction plates to securely grip and move workpieces. Depending on the system design, vacuum lifters can be used for horizontal or vertical lifting, rotating, pivoting, positioning, and transferring materials.
A typical system consists of suction cups or plates, a vacuum generator or pump, mounting elements, controls, and safety components. When vacuum is generated between the suction cup and workpiece, the resulting pressure difference creates the holding force required for lifting.
The required lifter configuration depends on the workpiece weight, dimensions, surface condition, handling direction, movement, and required safety factor.

Concebido para a elevação horizontal de materiais estanques ao vácuo, tais como painéis de vidro, folhas de plástico ou painéis de madeira densos. Este modelo suporta cargas até 4.000 kg e alinha-se perfeitamente com os sistemas de gruas.
eT-Hover-univac
Um elevador de vácuo versátil e compacto, capaz de manuseamento horizontal e vertical. A configuração standard suporta 360 kg na vertical e 500 kg na horizontal, expansível até 700 kg com braços de extensão e placas de sucção extra. Suporta rotação de 360° e rotação de 90° (manual ou eléctrica), controlo integrado - com opções para controlo remoto com fios ou via rádio, tornando-o ideal para utilização em interiores e exteriores.

Uma pinça especializada em área de vácuo adequada para manusear materiais com porosidade e estanquidade variáveis, incluindo madeira, metal, pedra ou painéis compostos, adaptando-se a diversas caraterísticas de superfície.
