The Type R series flat suction cup, featuring a groove rubber support and a concise rubber lip, is specifically designed for the efficient handling of thin materials characterized by a smooth surface, such as glass or perspex sheets. The sealing mechanism utilizes NBR black rubber with an approximate hardness of 50 Shore, providing a secure and reliable grip. The incorporation of a groove rubber support is instrumental in preventing any deformation of the handled material during the lifting process.
