BSP CO Series Flat Suction Cups

The EUROTECH BSP CO Series is a flat suction cup design for automatic stacking and industrial vacuum handling applications. Available in 120 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm diameters, the series is designed for handling smooth to slightly coarse workpiece surfaces.

The robust black NBR seal, with a hardness of approximately 50 Shore A, is suitable for demanding industrial handling applications including heavy glass plates. The suspension bolt and base plate can be adapted according to specific installation requirements.

The rubber seal can be replaced by loosening the four internal screws, allowing the sealing element to be changed without replacing the complete assembly.

BSP CO Series Features and Technical Data

The BSP CO Series combines a robust flat suction cup design with a replaceable seal and bolted base plate construction.

Typical workpiece materials can include glass panels, sheet metal and wooden panels, depending on the surface condition, vacuum level and handling requirements.

BSP CO for Automatic Stacking and Heavy Glass Handling

The BSP CO flat suction cup design is particularly suitable for applications where a robust sealing element and stable support are required.

In automatic stacking systems, the relatively large suction area and reinforced construction can be used for handling larger workpieces such as glass panels. The final suction cup size and configuration should be selected according to the workpiece weight, surface condition, handling direction, vacuum level and required safety factor.

For glass applications, the condition of the glass surface and the required contact material should also be considered when selecting the suction cup.

BSP CO Full Assembly with G1/4″ Thread

The BSP CO Series can be supplied as a complete assembly with a G1/4″ vacuum connection.
