Glass Conveyor Roller Range
NKR Quick-Change Conveyor Rollers
NKR conveyor rollers use a two-piece design that assembles around the existing shaft and is secured with two screws. In suitable conveyor configurations, this allows an individual roller to be replaced with less disassembly of neighbouring components.
The roller core is made from polypropylene (PP), with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) contact surface. Selection depends on the required outside diameter, shaft diameter, roller width and installation arrangement.

EUROTECH also offers selected polyurethane (PU) replacement wheels for glass processing equipment. Matching is based on the complete wheel configuration, including dimensions, profile, mounting arrangement, material hardness and operating environment.

Selecting Roller Materials and Operating Conditions
Material selection should consider the glass contact surface, required grip, load, speed, moisture, cleaning chemicals and operating temperature. For coated glass, the suitability of the contact material and surface finish should be checked for the specific application.
NKR rollers use a PP core with a TPE contact surface. PU replacement wheels form a separate product group and should be specified according to their formulation, hardness, construction and operating requirements.
