BLSP Vulcanized PU White in 25X56, 25X76, 25X210

The BLSP vulcanized PU white portfolio is for special Italian glass cutting machines. They are numerically controlled (NC) glass-working drilling center designed for flat glass sheets. It can handle drilling, countersinking, and milling operations on glass with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 25 mm, including non-square pieces. The working area spans up to 1250 mm in width, with length constraints determined by the conveyor system.

The entire working cycle is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention. The NC system optimizes the speed of the heads, manages the glass transport feed, adjusts the drilling speed and water flow, and compensates for drill wear by adjusting its height. The operator only needs to input the hole diameter and coordinates.
